IDS Group Asset Sells Property in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug for 485 Million

The bankruptcy trustee of Intellect Drilling Services LLC (Moscow) put the company’s property up for bankruptcy auction. A significant part of the assets is located in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. The total initial cost of seven lots is 484.5 million rubles.

Equipment and machinery are located at several points on the territory of the constituent entities. The list indicates mobile drilling rigs located at three fields: Samotlor, Kamennoye field (KhMAO) and Komsomolskoye (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug). In a number of municipalities, Novy Urengoy, Nizhnevartovsk and Nefteyugansk, drill pipes and elevators are stored. The property is the subject of pledge by PJSC VTB Bank. You can submit an application to participate in the auction until May 30, 2024, according to the Fedresurs portal.

Pravda UrFO reported that Intellect Drilling Services is part of the IDS Group holding of Arthur Dulgeru and Gadzhi Gadzhiev. The main activity is the provision of other services in the field of oil and natural gas production. The court declared the company bankrupt and opened bankruptcy proceedings against it in 2020. In November 2023, part of the company’s assets was acquired by RN-Burenie LLC, controlled by Rosneft. The amount of transactions amounted to 520.2 million rubles.
