Data Researcher with experience in Chemistry (offline)

On behalf of our Client from Germany, Mobilunity is looking for a Data Researcher with experience in chemistry.

Our Customer is the leading and fastest-growing B2B marketplace for chemicals in Europe. The marketplace connects verified buyers and suppliers from the chemical industry to facilitate the digital trade of industrial chemicals. Today, more than 7,500 buyers and suppliers are already registered on CheMondis. The portfolio of less 70,000 listed chemicals ranges from basic chemicals to specialties.

Job description:

1) Data Analysis and Processing:
- Understand and Evaluate chemical data from the product lists provided by other team members through open-source / crawling
- Evaluate the chemical company whether its product portfolio/nature of the business fit into our strategy (basic chemicals/commodities)
- Fill out correctly the provided table with all the mandatory information (for product and company)
2) Report Generation and Presentation
3) Quality Assurance and Compliance

Must have skills:

- bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field OR extensive experience working in a related field
- familiarity with database management systems and data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Pandas)
- attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- strong written and spoken English

A big plus:
- lead generation experience
