The current CB R23 world record on HWBOT is 116142.

From HWBOT: "A World Record is defined as the best score ever achieved in a specific benchmark application as verified at HWBOT.org by its benchmark rules and regulations at the moment of submitting the benchmark result."

Its a Hardware First Place, not a world record.

I'm not sure how that's an all core speed when the eco cores are not the same speed.

I can see both sides of this argument, but all-core means ALL CORES at the end of the day.

Hi,
Yep all core oc usually means all cores are at the same frequency eventually
Otherwise it's by core or by specific core oc'ing thus tuning each core to the max frequency they can do due to each cores temperature limits.

I'm guessing e cores were the lower effective clock of a little more than 4.2

The eco cores hit 5.966 GHz max. But my point is that all core shouldn't definitionally exclude the eco cores. I'm not sure if the big.LITTLE core situation will materialize into a Core/Module scenario like Bulldozer the the legal realm, but I wouldn't be surprised.

Do you mean Mainstream R23 OC record? because i am sure EPYCs and TR 5000 Pros are way beyond 100K points.
Or this means 13900K only CPU R23 record!
