We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Change and Implementation Lead

Job Summary:

The Change and Implementation Lead – FCD Liquidity role will be working with the Head of Americas Treasury Change role driving transformational programmes across the Americas (US, Canada and Mexico & LAM), including delivery of regulatory programmes and other significant change programmes requiring complex understanding of the Regulatory regime.

Main responsabilities:

• Maintain/ adjust as needed the SDI extract rules (per DD 1.8) for Liquidity/IRR SDIs to assure the required data populates properly for use in downstream reporting platforms. Changes may be required due to reference data changes such as new GL nominals, products or sources as well as correction of rule issues. Perform testing and present results to the stakeholders.
• Ensure communication of changes to impacted teams before modifications made.
• Participate in Data Dictionary uplift meetings with responsibility to support testing and logic changes.
• Participate in change meetings with upstream teams (FTP or source system) to ensure the characteristics needed by Liquidity and IRR are adequately considered and met when upstream changes are made. Work with stakeholders at the onset of a potential change to understand the reporting implications and requirements.
• Trouble shooting of Production issues encountered by FinOps/FTP IT/others to determine root cause of significant data swings and/or perceived problems.
• Writing of test requirements and test cases for Liquidity and Fed Reserve 2052a changes.
• Perform validation of code change results when reporting requirements change. Supply documentation of validation testing and update in JIRA.

Qualifications

• Deliver the Regional treasury portfolio projects to internal clients, including Finance, Risk and the Global Businesses.
• Provide management and deployment of Regional Change Delivery teams and resources
• Deliver an effective and efficient finance Change delivery process within the Americas and work with local leadership to implement in-site
• Attract, develop and retain talent in the Finance Change Delivery team within the region
• Accountable for the Regional Treasury Change governance bodies – responsible for setting the agenda and priorities and ensuring agreement from the senior Regional Finance and other wider stakeholders.
• The jobholder will also continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology
