Job Description:
ConocoPhillips is seeking a highly experienced Customer Support Manager to work remotely from home in Dubai. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service. 3. Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide a seamless experience. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience. 7. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and key metrics to senior management. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve operations.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 2. Energetic and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. 3. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail to effectively address customer needs and resolve issues. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients. 5. Proficiency in customer service software and systems to manage and track customer interactions. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely while staying motivated and productive. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
