PRO-PALESTINE protesters have graffitied the front of a bank in the UK capital following a violent protest.

Police were called to the Barclays bank branch on the corner of Church Street and North End in Croydon, south London, yesterday.

Some of those in attendance quickly began vandalizing the scene, including smashing the shop window and carrying away a Barclays sign which was left in a pile of glass.

Police moved quickly to cordon off the scene with tape to ensure no members of the public came close to the broken panes of glass.
