More specifications for the MagicX XU Mini M have been revealed online ahead of its launch to rival the Anbernic RG28XX and Miyoo A30. The MagicX XU Mini M contains a Rockchip RK3562 chipset, 1 GB of LPDDR4 RAM, a 2,600 mAh battery and dual hall effect joysticks, among other features.

Anbernic and Miyoo have just launched the RG28XX and Mini A30, respectively, a pair of gaming handhelds centred around 2.8-inch displays. However, MagicX has the XU Mini M waiting in the wings, early details of which were revealed a few days ago. Now, @forthenextlive has shared additional key specifications that could distinguish the XU Mini M from the RG28XX and Mini A30.

Specifically, the XU Mini M will feature the Rockchip RK3562, a chipset that also powers the Doogee U10 tablet. For reference, the Rockchip RK3562 contains four ARM Cortex-A53 CPU cores clocked at 2 GHz, as well as ARM Mali-G52 EE GPU that supports OpenCL 2.0, OpenGL ES 3.2 and Vulkan 1.1. Moreover, the XU Mini M utilises 1 GB of DDR4 RAM, matching the RG28XX.

On top of that, @forthenextlive has confirmed that the XU Mini M has a 2,600 mAh battery, a pair of MicroSD cards and two speakers. Supposedly, MagicX will release the XU Mini M next month for approximately $50 with dual hall effect joysticks. Incidentally, @forthenextlive has provided pre-production photos of the XU Mini M, which we have reproduced below.
